A berry good healthy shake
Purchase: Mixed berries, Banana, Milk, Chia Seeds
Ingredients:
- I cup frozen mixed berries (e.g., blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 scoops SunFit® Protein Plus Naturally Vanilla
- 1 cup milk/plant-based milk
- ½ cup ice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 1 packet of Fortune Delight® Peach or Raspberry (optional)
Instructions:
Place the water in the blender first, followed by the leafy greens, banana, shake powder, and apple. Blend until smooth or desired consistency.
Drink your veggies
Purchase: Banana, Apple, Packed kale
Ingredients:
- 1 cup firmly packed kale, collard greens, or spinach
- 1 green apple (coarsely chopped)
- 1 banana
- 2 scoops SunFit® Protein Plus Naturally Vanilla
- ½ cup loosely packed flat-leaf parsley (optional)
- 1 vial of Evergreen® (optional)
- 1 cup cold water (or Fortune Delight®)
Instructions:
Place the water in the blender first, followed by the leafy greens, banana, shake powder, and apple. Blend until smooth or desired consistency.

Purchase: Orange juice, Banana.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup orange juice (or 3 mandarin oranges, peeled)
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 scoops SunFit® Protein Plus Naturally Vanilla
- 1 cup ice
Instructions:
Place the orange juice and yogurt in the blender first, followed by the banana and shake powder. Add the ice last. Blend until smooth or desired consistency.
Super easy, creamy, dreamy shake
Purchase: Blueberries, Milk, Yogurt.
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops SunFit® Protein Plus Naturally Vanilla
- ½ cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- 1 cup milk or plant-based milk
- ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
Instructions:
Place the milk and yogurt in the blender first, followed by the shake powder and blueberries. Blend until smooth and creamy.
A simple (and super nutritious) shake for busy days
Purchase: vanilla extract, banana, frozen berries
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops SunFit Protein Plus Naturally Vanilla
- 1 banana
- 3 strawberries (frozen or fresh)
- 1 cup milk/plant-based milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice
Instructions:
Place the milk and vanilla extract in a blender first, followed by the rest of the ingredients, with the ice on top. Mix until smooth or desired consistency.
