Track Your Progress

Let’s talk about tracking results. Taking measurements is an essential step in the process. You may find that some times you do not lose weight (or even gain some weight) while your measurements actually go down. This is why measurements are critical—results may be more easily seen in the measurements than on the scale. In the Sunfit® 321 Program, we track progress by measuring seven key body areas. You’ll find easy, step-by-step instructions in your User Guide to help you take the measurements correctly. Follow the guide, and watch your progress unfold!

Tracking your progress also includes taking before and after photos. Pictures are important because they give you a real way to see the changes in your body. It is hard to tell the difference in your body from day to day, but pictures give you a solid baseline to compare to.  

Your User Guide also includes tips to perfect the art of before and after photos — from lighting and angles to posture.
