Basic Training (Day 1-30)
Goals: Core strengthening and increasing endurance.
Workout Frequency: Three days on, one off—meaning you’ll have workouts three days in a row, take one day off, and then repeat the cycle for the remainder of the phase.
Advanced Training (Day 31-60)
Goals: Increased focus on strength, endurance, and core.
Workout Frequency: Four days on, one off.
Special Forces Training (Day 61-90)
Goals: Quick transitions to different exercises through longer circuits to simulate going into battle.
Workout Frequency: Four days on, one off, except for last 10 days where you’ll work out five days in a row from Days 81–85.
